6.回佣commission
在本和议期满时，若乙方实行了第二款所规则的数额，甲方应按装运货色所收到的发单累计总金额付给乙方*%的回佣。

7.商场情景汇报reportsonmarketconditions
乙方每3个月向甲方供给一次相关其时商场情景和用户看法的精细汇报。同声，乙方应随时向甲方供给其余供给商的一致商品样本及其价钱、出卖情景和告白材料。

8.传播告白用度advertising&publicityexpenses
在本和议灵验期内，乙方在上述经销地域所作告白传播的十足用度，由乙方自理。乙方须事前向甲方供给传播告白的图案及笔墨证明，由甲方审查承诺。

9.和议灵验期validityofagreement
本和议经两边签名后奏效，灵验期为天，自至。若一方蓄意延迟本和议，则须在本和议期满前1个月书面报告另一方，经两边计划确定。
若和议一方未实行和议条件，另一方有权中断和议。
